The staff was courteous and helpful! Having breakfast included in our stay made everything so much easier for our students who were on their way to Fordham University for a summer camp. We loved the location because the outdoor mall that this Hyatt Place is located within was filled with great shopping and restaurants. The Hyatt Place, Yonkers is an excellent choice to stay if you are visiting Fordham University, as it is only a quick drive away.

The hotel was beautiful and in a wonderful location inside of the Cross County Mall complex. Staff were super friendly. Convenient to metronorth also.

Front dest are always polite . Breakfast is good. I love the pillows. Bathroom is excellent. Overall is a great place to stay.

The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located in a mall with easy access to food options and shops. And the staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Location is awesome. Right in the middle of the mall. The facility and rooms are clean. The beds are sooo comfortable. They serve breakfast, which is great! Buffet style. Definitely recommended. Great stay and location.

We stayed here in May of 2023 to attend the Fordham University Graduation. The hotel is located within a shopping mall with a lot of very nice shop and restaurants within walking distance, which I loved. Weather was terrible which made enjoying the property difficult. You do need to park in the mall parking lot which I didn't like at first but being in a city, I guess we were lucky to have parking! Highly recommend
